Pumps have only one output line and, as such, can only power one Ram/Cylinder. But, if you connect that one power source to a manifold, you can then, "SPLIT" the pressurized fluid into several different lines and on into several different Ram/Cylinders.
With control valves on each of your Manifolds' Output ports one person can easily control a multiple Ram/Cylinder system from a single location.
